Fresh seafood, vegetables and lava stone grilled meat make up for only a small part of the Asian specialties that will melt your heart and soul.

The fondest memories of food are formed early in childhood. These fond memories will always accompany you, even if you take root in a new culture. Quê Em is Lan Nguyen’s and Leo Lar’s longtime dream come true – to be able to share the most authentic display of Vietnamese flavors and the cultures of their home regions. Quê Em is a setting of the most genuine Vietnam, where the dishes are developed from the backbones of different family recipes, resulting in a beautiful collaboration between the flavors of two different regions.

The food of Quê Em is prepared by Vietnamese chefs that deeply value the use of seasonal ingredients, Asian herbs and spices. The dishes are handmade, without leaving behind the classics of Vietnamese cuisine.

In addition to the menu, different times of the year bring changes in the other offerings of the restaurant. Quê Em’s atmospheric space also invites you to taste our quality wines, cocktails and mocktails. To top off an exotic meal, we recommend enjoying different Vietnamese coffee drinks that can be served sweet, cold or hot!
